A sound bath is a full body meditative experience that assists you into a deeper state of consciousness, giving you the chance to unplug and focus on your inner self. The use of crystal singing bowls and gongs create deep vibrations at specific frequencies to help you relax, reduce stress, clear negative energy, remove toxins and in some cases relieve physical pains.
Lilac is a peaceful energy that connects you to who you are as a
soul and to God/Source in the highest plane.
During the event Lori will play 432hz crystal singing bowls along with gong and tuning forks to raise your vibration and release energy that no longer serves you.
