Puppy Sound Healing Event
Join us at Healing Light Wellness Center in Buffalo Grove for a truly heart-opening wellness experience that combines the calming presence of puppies, harmonic sound healing, and the deeply restorative environment of the EESystem.
Guests will begin the session seated in a circle, gently holding and interacting with the puppies in a calm, mindful way. This initial portion is designed to promote emotional comfort, ease the nervous system, and create a sense of connection through soothing, heart-centered interaction.
After approximately 30 minutes of puppy therapy, we will transition seamlessly into the sound healing portion of the experience. Guests will be guided into a deeply restorative sound bath for the remaining 30 minutes, allowing the body and mind to settle into a state of relaxation and balance.
The intention behind this experience is to offer a calming and emotionally nourishing environment that blends the therapeutic presence of the puppies with the harmonizing effects of sound.
